[求医问药] 腰酸怎么补？

咨询人性别:男。
咨询人年龄:31。
咨询人症状:经常觉得腰酸，有时候工作忙起来，坐久了觉得腰酸的要断掉一样；以前一个星期性生活好几次，现在一个月就一次，每次做完都觉得好累，特别容易疲劳，怕冷。觉得是肾虚，最近买了金匮肾气丸吃，好像效果不是很明显，需要配合什么药一起吃？还是要去开点中药慢慢补？
