和女友ML之前先打一次手枪会很伤身吗？

这段时间和女友做爱，女友总是叫我不要那么快射，但总是忍不住5-10分钟左右就射了，为此女友老是抱怨。后来我估计女友晚上又要的时候干脆提前打一次手枪，这样和女友ML时可以干很久，直到女友满意才射，女友也经常夸我最近很棒。但不知这样会不会很伤身体啊？
