我的JJ龟头和颈部有一条肉经相连，在完全勃起的时候，总是感觉没有完全的伸展开。很是不爽，请教各位大侠们，这种情况是不是属于包皮，要割掉啊。不知道有没有人发生这样的状况，请各位大侠指教！！
