[求医问药] 包皮过长必须割吗

http://154.84.6.26/luntan/viewthread.php?tid=11727346&extra= 这个帖子里面的情况有包皮10种类型，我认为1至6可以不用割，7到10的话看自己情况了，年纪20岁以下可以先不用割，万一还要长长呢，医学上一般男性青春期性成熟后性器官就不在发育了，但有部分男性20岁到25岁也还在微小发育(只会长0.几厘米)，所以年轻就看自己情况，如果勒的慌，就必须要割了，翻不出来也得割。对于年龄比较大的男性，如果排尿不通畅，尿的力道不如年轻时候了，包皮又还是7和10之间的情况，就还是得去割，年老了免疫下降，包皮过长不易清洗，生殖器容易感染
