我个人的想法是手淫是男女性爱之外的一个有效补充。但是不能完全替代性爱。
比如我如果长期出差，长期没有做爱，下一次和老婆做的时候就会明显感觉鸡巴变短点了，硬度差点了。我认为鸡巴是得经常泡在老婆阴道里进行充分湿润才会持久。
