包皮只要不影响正常性爱还是不要割的好。以前在网上看有人发帖讲述割完包皮的不便。首先就是术后，需要禁欲，有些时候还要吃抑制性激素分泌的药物，感觉影响自己健康。其次，想自慰的时候没有感觉。觉得怎么弄龟头都生疼。第三，感觉阴茎比以前短了，不自信了。所以，能不割还是不要割的好。关于楼上说的不割包皮容易有包皮垢什么的，不敢苟同。只要勤清洗阴茎就好了，一点问题没有。
